A quarter of meetings is a lot of conversation. Hundreds of calls, thousands of decisions, and most of them remembered by one person who was in the room. Ask Flowmeets turns that into something you can query. Type a question in plain language and get an answer built from the transcripts, with a link to every moment it draws on.

What you can ask

Questions, not keywords.

“What did Acme say about pricing last week?” “Which deals have an open security review?” “What did we promise Proact before the pilot?” The questions people actually have about their meetings are not keyword searches. They span several calls, several people and sometimes several months.

Ask Flowmeets reads across all of it. The answer is a short summary with citations. Click a citation and you land on the transcript, at the sentence it came from, with the audio ready to play.

It also knows what it does not know. If nobody discussed pricing with Acme last week, the answer says so, rather than inventing a figure from a different account. A meeting memory that guesses is worse than no memory at all, so the model is held to the transcripts and nothing else.

Across time

One question, every meeting with that account, in the order it happened.

With evidence

Every answer links to the moment it came from. Nothing is asserted without a source.

Where it lives

In the app, in Slack, in Teams, and in your own assistant.

You can ask in Flowmeets, in a Slack or Teams channel, or from Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot through our MCP server. The same question returns the same answer wherever you ask it, and the same permissions apply. You only see meetings you were allowed to see in the first place.

That last part matters more than it sounds. Meeting memory is only useful if people trust what is in it and who can reach it. Ask Flowmeets inherits the access rules you already set, so opening it up to a team does not mean opening up every conversation to everyone.
