Summaries in the CRM. Questions from your own assistant.

After the meeting, Flowmeets writes the summary and the fields you allow to the company matched by domain. Text you typed yourself is not overwritten. Ask about your own meetings from your AI assistant through MCP.

Where the summary is written

If you have a CRM, Flowmeets writes summaries and next steps to the contact, company and deal matched by domain. You choose which fields may be written, and text you typed yourself is not overwritten.

Meetings and video

In Teams, Meet and Zoom, Flowmeets joins as a visible participant, so everyone can see the meeting is being recorded. For in-person meetings, you record right in Flowmeets on your computer or phone.

AI assistants and MCP

Ask about your meetings in your AI assistant

In ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, you add Flowmeets as a connector and sign in. Then you can ask about your meetings, calls and emails right in the chat, without pasting anything in.

Behind the connector is our MCP server, so Flowmeets also works with other AI assistants that support MCP.

Integrations FAQ

HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive and Upsales, plus Startdeliver for customer success. All of them get summaries and next steps automatically.

Yes. Meetings, calls and emails are gathered in Flowmeets, and if you get a CRM later, you just connect it.

Yes. Add Flowmeets as a connector in ChatGPT and sign in. It works the same way in Claude, Gemini and Grok.

Yes, once your IT team has installed the Flowmeets agent package for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

The connector is what you add to your AI assistant. MCP is the standard behind it that lets the assistant fetch answers from Flowmeets.

The same as you see in Flowmeets: your own meetings, calls and emails, and as an admin, meetings shared with the team.

Our own open AI models, which we host ourselves, run in Europe, and you control the recordings, who can see them and how long they're kept. Flowmeets is GDPR-aligned; SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 are in progress.
