Scorecards that people actually read.

MEDDIC, SPIN, BANT and Challenger, filled from the conversation instead of from memory a week later.

Every sales organisation has a methodology. Most of them also have a spreadsheet where the methodology goes to die. The scorecard gets filled in before the pipeline review, from memory, by the person being reviewed. Everyone in the room knows it, and the conversation moves on to the forecast.

The problem

A scorecard filled from memory is a guess.

MEDDIC asks whether you have identified the economic buyer and the decision criteria. SPIN asks which implication questions were raised. BANT asks about budget and timing. These are good questions, and the honest answer to most of them lives in the call, not in the rep’s recollection of it a week later.

When the scorecard is filled in after the fact, it drifts towards whatever makes the deal look healthy. Not through dishonesty. Through the normal optimism of someone who wants the deal to close.

How Flowmeets does it

Filled from the transcript, with the evidence attached.

Flowmeets scores each call against the methodology your team uses. Every field links to the moment in the conversation it came from. If the scorecard says the economic buyer was identified, you can click through and hear the sentence where it happened. If it says the budget was not discussed, that is because nobody said the word.

Managers get a view across the team: which stages are consistently skipped, which reps ask implication questions and which ones jump to the pitch. Reps get the same view of themselves, before anyone else sees it.

Per call

A score against your playbook, with a link to the evidence for every line.

Per team

Patterns across reps and quarters, so coaching goes where it is needed.

What changes

The pipeline review becomes a coaching conversation.

When the scorecard is already filled in and nobody argues with it, the review stops being about the scorecard. It becomes about the deal. What is the next step, who is blocking it, what did the buyer say about timing. That is the conversation the methodology was always meant to produce, and it only happens when the data underneath it is trusted.
