Flowmeets writes notes, CRM fields and follow-ups from meetings, calls and email. You will build the interface where that work is reviewed and sent, used daily by teams across the Nordics.
The role
What you will do
- Design and ship the meeting page, the prepare view and the follow-up editor with one designer and two engineers.
- Turn transcripts, summaries and action items into interfaces that are fast to scan and safe to act on.
- Own performance and accessibility across the app: real meetings are long, and the page has to stay quick.
- Pair with customers in the first weeks of a rollout and bring what you learn back into the product.
You
What you bring
- Five or more years building production web apps, with deep React and TypeScript experience.
- A habit of measuring: bundle size, interaction latency, error rates, and the discipline to keep them in check.
- Taste for restraint. You remove more than you add, and you can argue for it.
- Comfortable writing in English with customers and colleagues. Swedish is a plus, not a requirement.
The team
Eleven people in Stockholm. Engineering is six, with one designer embedded.
